Hi, I'm Deb Dougal.

I guide amazing women who are used to holding everything together feel safe to stop doing it all, so they can get out of survival mode and thrive.

I guide women who are used to holding everything together feel safe to stop doing it all, so they can get out of survival mode and finally feel like themselves again and thrive.

I'm here to tell the women of the world:

Feeling stress isn't failure. It's feedback.

For over four decades, I've worked at the intersection of nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and personal alignment. I've seen what happens when capable women carry too much for too long.

I know what it feels like to hold it all together while quietly falling apart inside. Today, I guide women back to themselves- not by asking them to do more, but by helping them feel safe enough to stop doing too much.

I don't help women "manage stress."

I help them recalibrate the patterns driving it.

I believe stress is not just physiological- it's often the signal that we are living out of alignment with who we were created to be.

But more importantly-

I understand what it feels like to hold everything together while quietly losing yourself.

My work honors both nervous system science and spiritual truth. I welcome women from a variety of faith backgrounds who desire deeper alignment, greater freedom, and a life led from grounded inner conviction rather than chronic stress.

This work is structured. Deep. Selective.

Frequently Asked Questions About Deb

What do you do to help stressed-out women create true joy in their lives again?

I create a personalized spiritual and energy blueprint with mind/body tools, to help my clients uncover and recalibrate their natural resilience and gifts, so they no longer feel stuck, overwhelmed, or out of alignment with who they were designed to be.

What is your coaching background?

I have a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Music Therapy, which includes extensive study and research in psychology, biology, neuroscience, and quantum physics. I have been teaching and mentoring groups and individuals since the early 1980's. In the last 15 years, I have added Energy Psychology, Intuitive Mentoring, and Human Design to my coaching toolbox.

Do you have kids?

I have been blessed to raise 5 amazing children, have 2 wonderful grandchildren, and am expecting another in spring 2026.

What activities excite you? How do you find the time!?

I am happiest when spending time with my family, and when we get to go on adventures together. I love being outdoors, whether in my garden, backpacking or trail-running, or taking trips to the Pacific Coast. I love singing in the Portland Choir and Orchestra, and being on stage in other places. Making the time for these things in my life is essential, and replenishes my energy.
